Sorry to hear of Joe's passing, he was a great friend. Joe worked for me at NYSDOT for many years and we shared many laughs and good times. Joe I know you are in Heaven looking up old friends and family. Sorry I missed your service, I just found out after it was over. I will pay you a visit at the cemetery.
