Dear Jim, Susan, Mary Jane, Tom and your families, My condolences to you all on the passing of your Mom. People live their whole lives and sometimes never realize how important they or someone very close to them could be to other people they have known. Mrs. Hutchins (Helen)-always Mrs. Hutchins to me out of respect, is part of why I am a doctor. Growing up as a classmate and friend to Tom, I had the privilege of knowing Mrs. Hutchins and always remember how impressed I was by her being a nurse. She was always so calm, cool, collected, caring and wise. Those qualities about her were part of my inspiration in seeking a career in medicine. She was always supportive, encouraging and caring of everyone around her and even as a young kid I could feel that from her. I just wanted your entire family to know she meant a lot to me and she will truly be missed. May God bring you all peace at this difficult time. Sincerely, Scott

Dear Hutchins and Hanson families--It is with sadness and no small measure of nostalgia that I heard of Helen's passing. Her presence in my father's office for so many years was one of quiet capability and unflappable demeanor. He so valued her good work, good sense and reliability. I'm glad she had such a long and undoubtedly rich life with her family nearby, and that her passing was peaceful. She remains alive in the memories of the many people she helped. My condolences to you all--Ellen Grunblatt
