I remember Charlie from his days at the Warrensburg Fish Hatchery. I was about 9 years old but I remember him well. My dad was the foreman there and my sisters and I would follow the men around while they were working. Good memories!
My sincerest condolences to the Dingman family. I knew Charlie from the fish Hatchery years as I used to spend alot of time there with the Annis family. He was a kind and gentle man. He was always willing to help and take time to chat.. He will be remembered by all that knew him.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family for the loss of Charles Sr. (Charlie) He was truly a kind and soft hearted man and will be missed by many people who know him.
