Max,
My thoughts and prayers are with you... Your Mom was a wonderful neighbor for so many years. I'll remember our chats, exchanging baked goods at the holidays and how she always had a "special treat' for my kids over the years at Halloween. Rest in Peace , Gladys. You have earned your Heavenly reward.

Max,
So saddened to hear of your Mom's passing. She was a gem and one of quick wit! and a gentle, loving Aunt to me. I have such good memories as children, going to Lake George to visit Aunt Glad and Uncle Chuck, with you and Elwin. We would hear the drums from Magic Forest outside your home which was so much fun.
We'd often visit your Mom at Hammond's. I was amazed that she cleaned all the rooms (made perfect sheet corners) and practically ran the place too! She would feed us these great suppers too. We loved our visits and felt so loved by her.
I was happy that I got to visit her last year before her 90 birthday. She still had that twinkle in her eye. I know you will miss her deeply but rest assured she is with all of her treasured ones and in God's care in heaven.
Love and sympathies,
Wendy
