Obituary of Leta D. Moulton

North Creek Leta D. Moulton, 90, passed away, Sunday, April 9, 2006, at Anchorage Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Salisbury, Md. Born in Wevertown, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Sabina (Bennett) Dutcher. She was a resident of North Creek for many years. She moved to Parsonsburg, Maryland in 2003 to be with her son, Donald Moulton and his wife, Anne. She loved being outdoors, gardening and writing poetry. Leta is survived by two sons, Donald D. Moulton and his wife, Anne of Parsonsburg Md., F. Rexford Moulton and his wife, Kay of Elkton, Md.; eight grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews whom she kept in touch with and talked about frequently. She was preceded in death by her longtime friend and companion of 42 years, Ralph Foote, in 2005, three sisters, Lucretia Monroe, Myrtle Monroe, and Minnie Merrithew; seven brothers, Richard, Norman, Melvin, Ernest, Kenneth, Leon, and Lawrence Dutcher. Graveside memorial services will be conducted 1 pm Monday, July 24th, 2006 in the Union Cemetery, North Creek with the Rev. Trudy Pettibone, Pastor of the North Creek Baptist Church officiating. There are no calling hours scheduled. Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to the North Creek Baptist Church, 74 Main St., North Creek, NY 12853 or to the Minerva EMS, Minerva, NY 12851.
