Obituary of Caroline J. Springer

Warrensburg: Caroline J. Springer 75, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 19.2007 at Glens Falls Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born December 12, 1931 in Corinth, she was the daughter of the late Ray and Lena (Duell) Jenks. She was raised in Corinth and the Warrensburg areas. Besides raising her family, she enjoyed a long career as a seamstress with various shirt factories in the area. Caroline especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Besides her parents, her sister, Elizabeth Dayton and brothers, Howard Duell, Fred Duell and Richard Jenks; her sons, William Howard Jeremias, Donald Ray Springer and Paul Jeffrey Springer have all predeceased her. Caroline leaves behind, her children, Bonnie Willett and her husband, Bob of Corinth, LouAnn Springer of Warrensburg, Curtis Springer and his wife, Merry of Lake Luzerne; her grandchildren, Lonnie Willett and his fiancé, Tammy Mason of Corinth, Jason Willett and his wife, Amanda of Virginia Beach, VA, Shannon Webster and her husband, Peter of Lowell, MA, Christina Austin and her companion, Ricky Hardy of Warrensburg, Michael Springer and his wife, Brandy of Lake Luzerne, Christopher Bliss of Granville, Sarah Springer of Longwood, FL, Jennifer and Brittany Bliss both of St. Petersburg, FL, and Zachary Springer of Lake Luzerne; great grandchildren, Brittney, Gabriel, Avery, and Caden Willett, Ricky and Kyle Hardy, Dylon and Michael Springer; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call on Caroline’s family from 6-8 pm Thursday evening at the Alexander-Baker Funeral Home, 3809 Main St., Warrensburg. Funeral services will follow the visitation at the funeral home with her nephew, the Rev. Leonard Humbert officiating.
