Obituary of Trevin J. Schwenk

WARRENSBURG:  Trevin J. Schwenk, 37 years old, passed away from injuries sustained in an automobile accident, on October 16, 2024 at Albany medical Center.

Trevin was born on September 24, 1987 in Glens Falls Hospital to Jeffrey Smith and Graceann Schwenk-Carlton. Trevin graduated from Glens Falls High School and directly entered the workforce after.

Trevin was a talented carpenter and an exceptional welder. Most recently, he worked alongside Mike Butler and his father on various construction projects. Outside of work, Trevin loved spending time fishing, riding motorcycles, traveling, and listening to both rap and Irish music. He especially cherished evenings around bonfires with family and friends.

Trevin was predeceased by his grandparents, Joe and Grace Schwenk, and Ray and Emily Smith.

Left to cherish Trevin’s memory is his mother Graceann Schwenk-Carlton, siblings Rita, Jessica, Nicole, Jon Schwenk and Kim Manzo along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends are invited to call on Trevin’s family from 11:30am – 1:30pm, Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at Alexander Funeral Home, 3809 Main Street, Warrensburg, NY. A memorial service will be held at 2pm following visitation at St. Cecilia’s Church, 3802 Main Street, Warrensburg.
