Wayno was a awesome shipmate. We served together in the Navy at HSL-45 in San Diego. Det-8. We,along with our other brothers were known as the Toxic Zombies. We worked hard and definitely played hard. I will never forget all the great times we had. So many great memories and stories.He had such a big heart. My condolences to the family. I will miss you my brother.

The years of knowing Wayne have been many. He will leave a huge hole in so many hearts. A memory I choose to share happened years ago, at their home. Tammy, myself and another gentleman were seated at the kitchen table. Said gentleman started to question the condition of my family home. Wayne came down from upstairs, & not so quietly told me to never, ever explain or defend where or what I came from. Lotsa love!!! Respect.

Q: What will you never forget about Wayne?
A: At Waynestock....I will never forget his contagious smile and seeing him driving around on his ATV with a huge stuffy; meeting with everyone he could. Talking with them & laughing. He was always this bigger than life happy happy man. I cant imagine Waynestock without him. My heart breaks for his entire family.

God Bless Wayno..... Him and Tammy taught me to play shuffleboard at J&J's with Chummer..... The NCHF helped my family after my family lost everything in a fire......
