John and Ginny lived down the street from each other for years, eventually with their paths crossing and ultimately their marrying. Mahopac was a wonderful little town to grow up in, where John was surrounded by the nature he loved. I definitely remember John not being an angel when he thought playing with fireworks was cool - so cool that he lost some fingers to the event. May John rest in peace.
