North Creek:
Barbara S. Lynch, 85, passed unexpectedly but peacefully, Sunday May 24, 2015 at Westmount Health Facility.
She was born August 13, 1929 in East Paterson, New Jersey to Joseph and Helen (Kolaga) Sudek. She is predeceased by a son, Daniel and her sister Marjorie Weiss.
Barbara spent the majority of her life living in New Jersey where she was a secretary at GAF in Wayne until her retirement. She was also a licensed real estate agent. After retirement she moved to North Creek to be near her grandchildren and great grandchildren who she cherished.
She leaves behind her daughters; Kathleen (John) Straut of Gloversville, Patricia (David) Eromenok of Long Valley NJ, Nancy Salvemini of Parksville, and a son Michael Lynch of South Glens Falls. Her grandchildren; John (April) Williams Jr of Olmstedville, Jennifer (Gordon) Smith of North Creek, Christine (James) Eromenok of Gilbertsville and Frank & Anna Salvemini of Parksville. Her Great Grandchildren; Austin & Cheyenne Williams and Clayton Smith. Her brother in law, Alan Weiss of Vermont as well as nephews; Stephen, Richard and Thomas Weiss.
The family would also like to thank Loretta Galusha and Michelle Volcheck for the care they gave to Granny while she was able to be at home. She loved you both and would not have been able to stay at White Water Manor as long as she did without you. She recently moved to Westmount Health Facility where she received exceptional care.
Thank you to all of the nurses, CNA's and staff for your care and compassion. You not only made Granny feel safe and loved, but you do it for all of the residents.
Fly high Granny and watch over all of us ~ We will all miss you. Bye Bye Gert ~ Love Beulah!
At Barbara's request there will be no services.
Donations in her memory can be sent to Westmount Health Facility, 42 Gurney Lane, Queensbury NY 12804.
