Lynn Frances (Crowley) Stucklen, 62, formerly of Rollies Road, passed away peacefully, Thursday, June 22, 2017, at Indian River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Granville.
Born April 26, 1955, in Atlantic City, NJ, she was the daughter of James J. Crowley, Jr. and Frances (Atkinson) Crowley.
Lynn was a data entry clerk for 15 years at Phillips Medical Shelton, CT, and Jackie Carroll in Waterbury. She relocated to NY in 1980, and was employed by CR Bard in Glens Falls, where she received an award for temp of the month.
Lynn stood up for and participated with Hands Across America, travelling all the way to Philadelphia PA to stand in front of the library.
She loved the Adirondacks, cats, and animals of any kind, as well as watching movies, and occasionally reading mystery novels.
Lynn had a huge heart and would do anything for anybody, she was always compassionate, generous, and put others first. She had an extensive teddy bear collection that she has donated to charity.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a brother, Russell James Crowley, and son, Allen Troy Raigue.
She is survived by a son, Christopher Stucklen, and his wife, Bridget; four grandchildren, Matthew, Wayne, Evan, and Gwen; and special friend, Edie Penrose.
At Lynn’s request there will be no calling hours or funeral services scheduled.
