Obituary of Bradley C. TenEyck

Olmstedville: Bradley C. TenEyck, 38, of LaFond Way, passed away, Friday, May 16, 2008 from injuries sustained in a logging accident. Born May 3, 1970, he was the son of the late Lee and Iva (Vanderwalker) TenEyck. He was a lifelong resident of the area and attended the Minerva Central School. Brad married Karen Smith on June 21, 1997. Since a young boy, he was raised in the logging business with his brother’s, Raymond, Jake, and William. Most recently, he worked with his nephew, Josh. Brad truly loved working and spending as much time as possible outdoors, enjoying rabbit hunting, fishing, and camping with his family. Brad leaves behind his wife of 11 years, Karen TenEyck of Olmstedville; his two sons: Nicholas and Lucas TenEyck, both of Olmstedville; 9 brothers and sisters: Richard TenEyck and his wife Mary Jo of Williamson; Michael TenEyck of Ticonderoga; Raymond TenEyck and his wife, Lorraine of Olmstedville; Elaine Nichols and her husband, Keith of Ballston Spa; Sue Gauthier of Virginia Beach, VA; Therese Gauthier and her husband, Keith of Hudson Falls; William TenEyck and his wife, Casey of Johnsburg; Patricia Warrington and her husband, Brian of Olmstedville; Jake TenEyck and his wife, Tracee of Canyon Lake, TX; two aunts: Eleanor Hall of Schroon Lake; Lola Vanderwalker of Ogdensburg; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends. Friends may call on Brad’s family from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, Tuesday, at the Alexander Funeral Home Inc. 4479 St. Route 28, North River. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Chad Haneman, of the Grace Bible Fellowship Church in Olmstedville officiating. Memorial donations may be made in care of: Beverly West, 1229 County Rt. 29, Olmstedville, NY 12857, for a fund to be entrusted to the care and well being of Brad’s family.
