Nathalie Lewis Menshausen, 104, formerly of Schroon River Road, passed away peacefully Tuesday, November 2, 2015 at Wesley Health Care Center in Saratoga.
Born June 27, 1911 in Blue Mountain Lake, she was the daughter of the late Richard B. and Mary Teresa (Fuller) Lewis.
Nathalie was employed by the Warrensburg and Hudson Falls Central School Districts as school lunch manager for many years.
In addition to her parents and late husband, Marvin R. Menshausen, Nathalie was predeceased by her daughters, Elizabeth M. S. Pitts and Mary M. Stubing, and granddaughter, Lisa A. Stubing.
She is survived by four grandchildren, Steven M. Stubing of Glens Falls, Sand J. Stubing and his wife, Janet, of Greenfield, Mark D. Smith and his wife, Alice, of Wake Forest, NC, and Scott M. Smith and his wife, Lori, of North Potomac, MD; four great-grandchildren, Stephanie and Allison Smith, and Andrew and Cole Stubing.
A memorial service will be celebrated at 11 am, Saturday, November 7, 2015, at the First United Methodist Church of Warrensburg, 3890 Main St., Warrensburg, with Rev. Stephen Andrews officiating.
Burial will follow in Warrensburg Cemetery.
