Warrensburg:
Joyce A. Harvey, 85, of Alden Avenue, passed away peacefully, Sunday, December 31, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born November 5, 1932 in Thurman, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Annice (Beadnell) Moulton.
She was a lifelong resident of the area and attended Warrensburg Central School.
Joyce was always a friendly face about town and worked at numerous local establishments including Bill’s Diner and Ray’s Liquor Store.
Besides spending time with her family, she enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers.
Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her sister, Roberta Wilde.
She is survived by her brother, Henry Moulton of Warrensburg and her lifelong friend, Peggy Burch of Warrensburg; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
At Joyce’s request, there are no calling hours or funeral services scheduled.
Her family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Phil and Stacey at High Peaks Hospice and Amanda from Greater Adirondack Home Health Aids for their compassionate care.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations in Joyce’s memory to the SPCA of Upstate New York or High Peaks Hospice.
