Still getting over him not being here. What a Brother!!! I am so lucky to have had him in my life. I miss his words of wisdom from cars to kids. Lucky for me, I will always hear his words of encouragement and his words of suggestions, yes, facial expressions, too. He was a great guy. I am so happy to hear what wonderful thoughts people have had to say about Bub. We're lucky to have had him in our lives. I know we will get added blessings with him above. Thankfully, he lived his life the way he wanted. Patty, I wish you blessings and you know I'm always close by.
With my Love, Your Sister, Becky

During the winter of 1970, Doug Kenyon was giving me a ride back to Ithaca College when his windshield wiper broke off on the NYS Thruway near Syracuse. We pulled into the nearest rest stop in a driving steet storm but had no money or tools to fix the wiper.
If God helps fools, drunks and impoverished college students, He send Ken to help us. For no reason other than that he liked to help people, Ken walked over from his truck in the parking area to see what these kids were trying to do to the front of their car. I'm sure he didn't know that we were "Burgers" when he started over to assist. Furthermore, he didn't abandon us when he realized that we were actually a pair from "Bearswamp"
To make a long story mercifully short, he rigged up a temporary solution to get us back to civilization and treated us to a hot drink to thaw out our frozen fingers.
I'll never forget his kindness.
I hope that my Mom or Dad will return the favor by easing his journey along the great highway to Heaven.
John Hall Jr.
