Theresa H. House, 100, formerly of Waddington and Warrensburg, passed away, Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at the Eden Park Health Care Center in Glens Falls.
Born February 25, 1907 in Manilla, Iowa, she was the daughter of Clyde and Olda (Ihrie) Hays.
Theresa married Harold G. House of Unadilla on November 30, 1929.
She was predeceased by her husband, her brother, Lester Hays; sisters, Gail Hummel and Marie McCarty and grandson, David Leonard.
She is survived by her two daughters, Kathleen Leonard of Gouverneur and Marilyn O’Connor of Warrensburg; eight grandchildren, Marilyn Marks of Horseheads, Andrew Leonard of Gouverneur, Nancy Bush of Liverpool, Stephen O’Connor of Wells, Mark O’Connor of North Grafton, MA, Jane Jollota of West Point, Daniel O’Connor of Denver, CO, John O’Connor of Austin, TX; 15 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A private graveside service will be held in Unadilla at the convenience of the family.
There are no calling hours scheduled.
