Mark and Family, So sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. We all have such fond memories of him, his humor and his kindness. Just loved to visit with him at his shop or our's when we were all on Main Street together. Art was such a quiet man with a sense of humor like none other that I knew. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.. May he Rest in Peace and the Lord bring comfort to your family.

I have such good memories of visiting with Art in the shoe store,cutting that perfect tree for Christmas. Sharing the excitement of his hunting trips with Mark. Art always had a smile and I am blessed to have known him.

What a great man!! Who can ever forget his wonderful stories? His dedication to the community and the students will never be surpassed!! Now we know every angel in heaven will never have a hole in their shoes!
So very sorry to read of Arts passing. He lived a full life and was a great person. We lived in the house where he went to school just down the road. Our Prayers to the family

To ALL the BROWN Family, Warrensburg has lost an ICON and a truly great story teller. Art always acknowledged you whether it was at the tree farm, the school, the shoe store or any other store in town. How very proud he was of each and everyone of you. The town was a better place with Art and Vera. May all your memories help you through the difficult days ahead.

To the family sorry for our loss he was a great man and I loved to go and visit him for his stories he would love to tell. Always had some real neat stories even when he was in the service.
