Elmer, was a gift.He chatted on about many things, but his love of the land an respect of all that was in nature, was enormous. I met him at Glen Hudson, and many times I left his presence with a smile on my lips.Mytle,we met at Hudson Head waters, and I believe I told you that I knew your hubby. He is in a better place now,and wont be forgotten soon..IM so sorry for your loss.

Although I didn't know Elmer well, I did see him at may of the functions as 2 of my granddaughters were active in the Thurman Church. He was a kind & willing person. I am sure he will be missed by the whole Thurman Baptist Church Family.

Myrtle,
Elmer's smiling face has only disappeared for awhile and those sparkling blue eyes have only dimmed. May the garden he tends to now, be filled with all his precious blooms. We will truly miss our "chatty" friend.
