Obituary of Brenda L. Morgan

Warrensburg: Brenda L. Morgan, 50, of Prosser Circle, passed away unexpectedly at her home. Born June 21, 1959 in Glens Falls, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Morehouse and Floria (Gardener) Morehouse Vos. Graduated from Warrensburg Central in 1978 and went on to marry her childhood sweetheart on April 8 of that year. Brenda was a devoted mother and wife and her favorite pastime included knitting, crocheting and spending time with her family and friends. Besides her parents, her sisters, June Bolton and Velda Armstrong and four half brothers, Vernon, Preston, Maxwell and Frank Morehouse have all predeceased her. Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Timothy J. Morgan of Warrensburg; her two sons, Timothy Jr. of Queensbury and Jason Morgan of Warrensburg; her siblings, Anthony Morehouse of Warrensburg, Mike Morehouse of Upstate NY, Phyllis Shuler and her husband, Charles of Northville, Jane Allison of Corinth, Ann Monger and her husband, Sigh of Queensbury, Mary Brassart of Corinth, William Duggan and his wife, Patricia of Warrensburg, Katherine Lapell and her husband, David of Texas, Karl Morehouse and his wife, Rosie of Queensbury; brother in law, Tom Bolton (Penny) of Thurman; Several aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, including her Uncle Jack Quinette and his companion, Margaret Gates of Warrensburg. Friends may call on Brenda’s family from 5-7 pm Friday evening at the Alexander-Baker Funeral Home, 3809 Main St., Warrensburg. A funeral service to celebrate her life will follow the visitation at 7 pm at the funeral home with Fr. Paul Cox officiating. Burial will take place in St. Cecilia’s Cemetery, Warrensburg.
